AIAFUNS develops AI character companionship experiences for adult audiences (18+). - Legal compliance: when required by valid legal process, court order, or regulatory request, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of users, AIAFUNS, or the public.

AIAFUNS treats your conversation data as strictly isolated. We do not link or cross-correlate the conversation content or user-character relationship data of AIAFUNS with any other product, service, advertising network, or third-party dataset for the purposes of profiling, targeting, or commercial exploitation. Conversation data is stored in access-controlled systems separate from any external commercial datasets and is used solely to operate the Services for the user who created it.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact contact@aiafuns.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
You may also delete your account at any time from within the application settings, which will trigger deletion of your associated personal data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate operational reasons (such as fraud prevention).
6. Regional Privacy Disclosures
6.1 China (PIPL)
For users in mainland China, AIAFUNS processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, the Cybersecurity Law, and the Data Security Law. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, request correction, opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
7. Age Restriction (18+)
The Services are intended exclusively for adult audiences aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. By accessing or using the Services, you affirmatively represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).

8. Data Storage and Retention
We store information on access-controlled cloud infrastructure and retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Conversation data is retained while the associated account is active, and is deleted upon account deletion request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
9. International Data Transfers
AIAFUNS is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. Personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where AIAFUNS or its service providers operate. Where required by applicable law (including the PIPL and GDPR), we apply appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
10. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure development practices. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
